Greatest polluters Petrol Total, Agriculture, Transport trucks
are excluded from C02 tax for economy Reasons ???
Some 1000 enterprises are now on a list to pay CO2 tax ???
This is just another tax to feed state deficit say French citizens,
no flow of Tax into Africa projects or Start-up cleantech enterprises
to see on the horizon.
