Cyber-censure : la France régresse selon RSF
Dans son bilan sur la liberté d'expression sur le Net, la France est placée "sous surveillance" par Reporters sans frontières. Les lois Hadopi et LOPPSI 2 sont passées par là.
Triste privilège : à l’occasion de laJournée mondiale contre la cyber-censure organisée par RSF (12 mars 2011), la France est désormais classée dans cette dernière catégorie.
Pourquoi cette distinction ? Selon RSF, l’Etat français a passé la ligne rouge avec des législations inquiétantes comme les lois Hadopi(lutte anti-piratage numérique) etLOPPSI 2 (sécurité intérieure avec un volet filtrage Internet).
