Start-Up entrepreneurs France in the dark

1053 euro tax to pay for 5500 euro turnover ( not profit )

Tax decision was made after promising no tax for first 3 years. 

If you are not part of the privileged "Amigo-clan" or super rich

to negotiate your tax with governing party making donations,

don't start a enterprise in France you get chased to bureaucracy hell,

no public orders, no payments on public orders (delay can reach 2 years)

no credit from the French banks, no material financing nothing. 

 A Saint Chamas, Jipé a reçu un avis d'imposition de 1053 euros de CET pour un chiffre d'affaires de seulement 5500 euros... Lorsqu'on sait que 40% seulement des auto-entrepreneurs ont réalisé un chiffre d'affaires en 2009, d'une moyenne de 6300 euros, la nouvelle a de quoi susciter quelques mécontentements.

confirms kick-back payments untill 1995 

Nouveau rebondissement dans l'affaire de Karachi :

l'ex-ministre de la défense, Charles Millon, a confirmé lundi 15 novembre, devant le juge Renaud VanRuymbeke, l'existence de rétrocommissions versées jusqu'en 1995 en marge d'un contrat de vente au Pakistan de sous-marins français, selon l'AFP et Le Nouvel Observateur.

Le président français est convaincu que le Maghreb est l'arrière-cour de l'Europe

et que les deux rives de la Méditerranée sont liées pour le meilleur et pour le pire. 

 C'était pourtant une belle idée. S'il n'est pas encore mort, le malade est à l'agonie. Lundi, pour la seconde fois, la France et l'Égypte, qui président toutes deux aux destinées de l'Union pour la Méditerranée (UPM), et l'Espagne, puissance invitante du sommet des chefs d'État prévu à Barcelone le 21 novembre, se sont résolues à annoncer son report.

United States attorney in Manhattan, Preet Bharara.

 The anti-corruption group Transparency International

has accused the three of using African public funds to buy luxury homes and cars in France.

 France's highest appeals court has authorised judges to proceed with an investigation into assets held in the country by three African leaders.

 The three leaders, one of whom is now dead, had denied wrongdoing.

 Kohl-Energy

 Le groupe Kohl-Energy, repreneur de l’entreprise Heuliez (Deux-Sèvres), a annoncé qu’il lancera les ventes de sa voiture électrique Mia dès 2011. La production du véhicule devrait démarrer en juin prochain.

Mia 19.500 Euros 

 Kohl-Energy s’attaquera ensuite au marché des particuliers : dans sa version de base, la Mia sera vendue à 19 500 euros, « hors bonus écologique », avec des acomptes des 2 500 euros par véhicule.

Le groupe allemad espère en écouler 5 000 la première année sur les marchés français et allemand, mais table sur 10 000 ventes par an dès 2012. 

8 million Euros pret (100 - 500 million necessaire en realite...)

 l’Etat français avait annoncé l’octroi à Mia Electric, entité détenue par Kohl-Energy, d’un prêt de 8 millions afin que la construction de la Miasoit exlusivement réalisée à Cerizay.

Smart meters 'may not cut energy use' in the UK

Installing smart meters may not result in households saving energy, a study has suggested

 "feedback effect"

(which tells people how much energy was used over a period of time, or how much energy a particular activity/appliance consumed) in energy demand reduction was so important.

 "It is possible to have a smart meter that does not have a display on it at all, in fact most smart meters don't,

 Citing Italy and Sweden as exampled, she said: "They are not being rolled out with the aim of giving customers better feedback, except that the households will get an accurate bill whereas in the past they might have got an estimate.

"But in [the UK], it is part of government policy

that smart meters will be rolled out

with real-time electricity displays."

The UK government policy involves installing smart meters in more than 27 million homes and two million smaller non-domestic sites over the next decade.

"Essentially, a smart meter is a meter with communications technology. You can use that technology in different ways: it could turn your water heating on and off, according to the needs of the utilities, to fit in with load balancing.

"For example, at a time of peak demand, the utility company could switch off your water heater and they would offer you a special tariff to be allowed to do that. Instead it would switch on your immersion heater at a time of low demand."
